A Club Catalyst is a community leader who represents the club, both within the group and out in the broader Denver network. Catalysts help set the tone and energy for the club by welcoming new members, sparking introductions, and making sure people leave events feeling more connected than when they arrived. They act as the face of the club at events and in the community, embodying what the club stands for and helping it grow through genuine relationships rather than formal recruiting.
Beyond this, Catalysts help shape the club's direction by weighing in on events, partnerships, growth, and stepping up wherever the club needs momentum. It's less about running a meeting and more about being the person who makes things happen.
FounderBrandon Pleiman
Driven by purpose, Brandon is an author, real estate investor, and entrepreneur who has built multiple businesses from the ground up. A graduate of Colorado Christian University, he combines a strong academic foundation with real world experience across multiple industries.
As a servant leader, he leads not from the top down but from the inside out. He invests in people, communities, and ideas that carry eternal significance. With a bold creative vision and a heart for impact he is committed to building a legacy that goes far beyond the bottom line.

Based in Denver and a Wheaton College graduate, Trey is passionate about building long-term relationships, supporting local business communities, and helping companies scale through strategic talent partnerships.

Sinai Bebo is the owner of Aidez Moi Designs and the Chair of the WorldDenver Young Professionals Board. She specializes in event planning and community engagement. With over 14 years of mastering the art of event orchestration, her canvas spans from weddings, business conferences, corporate galas, community events, and so much more!

Catalyst LeaderMark Chandler Lisle
Mark Chandler Lisle is a fourth-generation Colorado-based real estate broker who works at The Colorado Group. Chandler specializes in transacting commercial investment and owner-user opportunities across the Colorado market with an emphasis on industrial/flex products. Combining his entrepreneurial and competitive nature with his unique market knowledge, he identifies opportunities that align with his client’s best interests to achieve excellent client outcomes.
Chandler attended Armbrust Real Estate Institute in 2018 for his Colorado real estate licensing education. Additionally, he attended the LEEDS School of Business at the University of Colorado Boulder, graduating in 2017 with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with an emphasis in Finance and a Certificate of Entrepreneurial Studies.
